Introduction

Xiongfa XF-16913 natural bulk density meter is designed and produced in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB/T 16913.3-1997;

Product principle

The dust falls freely from the mouth of the funnel at a certain height to fill the measuring cup, and the mass of the dust per unit volume in the measuring cup is measured in the loose state, that is, the dust accumulation density.

Product Structure

1. Funnel (flow outlet diameter 12.7mm): The funnel is made of stainless steel material, in which the funnel taper is 60°±0.5

2. Plugging rod: stainless steel, used to prevent dust from falling when it is loaded into the funnel.

3. Balance (user-provided): maximum weight 100g, accuracy 0.02g.

4. Measuring cup: This device is equipped with a stainless steel measuring cup with a volume of 100ml, and the inner diameter of the measuring cup is Φ39mm.

5. Scraper: stainless steel, used to remove excess dust when the dust is loaded into the funnel.
