How the Detector works
Turn the shaker to promote the piston in the pump body to move, the hydraulic oil is pressed into the tee joint through the oil circuit, one is connected with the pressure sensor, and the other way enters the jack to push the piston up, driving the piston rod to exert the top force on the substrate. As the handle rotates, the top force on the standard gradually increases, and when the standard is detached from the substrate, the digital pressure gauge with peak function shows the maximum adhesion or strength. Since the pressure on the sensor is equal to the pressure in the jack, the force measurement device can be formed by the sensor and the digital display circuit to display the corresponding pressure value. At the moment when the standard block is peeled off, the circuit records the maximum adhesion.
