The stepping motor rotates at a stable speed to drive the sensor piece, and then drives the rotor to rotate through the hairspring and the rotating shaft. If the rotor is resisted by the liquid, the sensor connecting piece of the hairspring and the sensor connecting piece of the stepping motor are at the same position. Conversely, if the rotor is subjected to the viscous resistance of the liquid, the hairspring will generate torsion to counter the viscous resistance, and finally reach a balance. At this time, the data is processed by the photoelectric sensor and the 16-bit microcomputer processor, and the liquid viscosity value is displayed. When the measured viscosity value is greater than the set viscosity value, the thinning solenoid valve can work according to the program design requirements. Control the viscosity of the liquid to be measured at about the set value viscosity. The program design can be decided according to the user's situation.
