Introduction

Nirun SMJ-1 coal-water slurry apparent viscosity measuring instrument adopts a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core of the stepper motor high subdivision drive, digital liquid crystal with blue backlight function of digital display viscosity measuring instrument. The speed is stable and accurate, the key is clearly marked, the program design, the operation is simple, when the torque is lower than 10% and higher than 90%, the measuring range instrument will send a warning, and the RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure the viscosity temperature in real time, with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The temperature measurement range is 0°C-120°C. The viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, rotational speed, temperature, percentmeter torque, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed are displayed directly on the screen. RS232 interface printing, printing interval set by user. The two-way RS232 interface can communicate with the computer to achieve program control and data acquisition.
