JCY series Contact Angle Analyzer is a standard instrument for measuring the contact angle surface energy of solids and the surface tension of liquids. The test method adopted is image analysis method, through standard image analysis , CCD camera and image acquisition system are used, and at the same time, the contact angle value data is automatically analyzed by software. The application environment of the image values of various shapes of objects. The force measurement method has higher requirements for the uniformity and flatness of the material. The image analysis method can be used to test the surface tension value of samples under high temperature conditions, such as melted polymers.
