Introduction

Surface tension is an essential factor that determines the properties of liquids such as solubility, wettability, foamability, coating and permeability. Surface tension analysis of a given liquid is often performed to study the physical behavior of that liquid relative to other liquids or solids. And this kind of research is the basic means of quality control in the process of industrialization. Fangrui QBZY-3 Surface Tensiometer is a professional-grade interfacial chemical analysis instrument specially developed to meet the user's needs for R&D and high-precision quality control in the process of interfacial chemical testing.

Features

1) Platinum plate and platinum ring are used in combination (The platinum ring method needs to be purchased separately）；

2) Fully automatic measurement, when the platinum plate is tested, the displayed value is the surface tension value;

3) When using the platinum ring test method, the display value automatically locks the maximum force value of the sample, and then calculates the surface tension value through the supplied calculation software or the data processing software is automatically calculated by the computer;

4) Platinum ring size: wire radius is 0.185mm, ring radius is 9.55mm, ring circumference is 60mm;            

5) Fully automatic measurement to avoid human operation error;

6) Automatic correction of the full scale, accurate and reliable data, excellent repeatability;

7) One-key clearing, instantaneous, zero position is stable and no drift;

8) Adopt international professional lifting platform drive technology, no vibration and noise;

10) When using platinum plate, the surface tension of the liquid can be measured in real time, which is very practical for measuring samples containing surfactants or volatile substances, whose surface tension will change with time (data processing software is selected, the test curve can be recorded in real time, and the details of the change can be clearly obtained);

11) When using platinum plate test, it can automatically test the surface tension of medium and high viscosity liquid samples;

12) Both test methods can measure the interfacial tension between impartite mixed liquids, such as: oil/water interface;    

13）Data processing software: automatically collect test curves, and the curves can be automatically enlarged, accessible, and printable. It can compare multiple test curves, and automatically calculate the surface tension value when using the platinum ring method; 

14）Accuracy correction function: with 2 times of distilled water and pure ethanol as the standard, the overall test error of the instrument is automatically calibrated, which can ensure that the instrument is in the accurate state of the factory for a long time; 

15）Automatic temperature compensation function: with 2 times of distilled water and pure ethanol as the standard, the test value of the sample at different temperatures is automatically summarized to 20°C;

16）A variety of temperature control options are included to meet different test requirements;
