Introduction

Yiheng IT-09A5 magnetic heating stirrer has a maximum stirring capacity of 5 liters and a heating power of 550w. It is a constant temperature magnetic stirrer. It is connected with an external temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the solution in the container, and the temperature control accuracy is accurate. IT-09A5 magnetic heating stirrer adopts aluminum alloy die-casting shell, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It has microcomputer control technology. When the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature value, it will stop heating.

Product principle

The magnetic heating stirrer is driven by a micro-motor to rotate a high-temperature-resistant powerful magnet to generate a rotating magnetic field to drive the stirrer in the container to rotate, so as to stir, mix or auxiliary heat the liquid in the container, so that the solution can be fully mixed at the set temperature.

Features

● LCD, menu-style operation interface, parameters such as temperature, speed and countdown are displayed on one screen, which is easy to understand and easy to observe and operate.

● Equipped with microcomputer control technology, it ensures that the rotation speed remains constant when the stirring viscosity is constantly changing.

● The aluminum alloy die-casting shell has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

● The table is made of die-casting aluminum alloy material, and the exterior is sprayed with plastic enamel material, which not only has good heat conduction effect, but also has corrosion resistance. The smooth mixing table is easy to clean and free from pollutants.

● Large output torque, suitable for stirring solutions with low viscosity and large volume or high viscosity and small volume. (Different models have different volumes)

● An anti-corrosion liquid guiding groove is designed on the top of the control panel, even if the liquid overflows during the stirring process, it will not cause damage to the electronic components in the agitator.

Safety precautions

● Temperature deviation protection: 09A/B series will stop heating when the measured temperature exceeds a certain value of the set temperature (10°C-30°C).

● Anti-scalding warning light: 09A/B series work plate temperature exceeds 55 ℃, the indicator light flashes to remind users not to touch the work plate.

● Special protection: universal anti-scalding cover (optional).

Mixer Classification

There are three types of magnetic heating stirrers: constant temperature magnetic stirrer, heating magnetic stirrer and magnetic stirrer, among which IT-09A5 magnetic stirrer belongs to constant temperature magnetic stirrer.

● Constant temperature magnetic stirrer: IT-07A, IT-09A series external temperature sensor, can directly measure and control the temperature of the liquid in the container, and the temperature control is accurate and reliable.

● Heating magnetic stirrer: IT-07B, IT-09B series heating table top temperature can reach 450℃. 

● Magnetic stirrer: IT-09C has no heating function.
