



Nirun LDV-T1 digital display Rotational Viscometer is an all-in-one viscosity temperature control machine, which integrates viscosity measurement and precise temperature control. Breakthrough in the existing market has a constant temperature Water Tank, viscosity measuring instrument, small sample adapter composed of split machine.
1. The all-in-one viscosity measurement system is composed of a small sample adapter (SSR) cylindrical sample sleeve and SC4 rotor, which can accurately measure at a certain shear rate, and the sample dosage only needs to be 2 to 16m, and the cylindrical geometry of the SC4 rotor can provide very accurate viscosity measurement.
2. It is convenient to load and unload a small sample barrel, which brings convenience to the cleaning work.
3. The small sample barrel is closely connected with the temperature controller, which can accurately carry out the constant temperature of the sample.
4. The stirring action of the rotor, coupled with the small amount of sample, can reduce the unevenness of the sample temperature to a minimum. The constant temperature time is greatly reduced.
5. Controlling the temperature when measuring viscosity helps to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results, because the temperature controller is composed of semiconductors and built-in automatic optimization temperature program control, the temperature control accuracy is ±0.1°C.
6. The temperature control is operated by DV-T1 data acquisition and plot analysis software, which has good operation performance and flexibility.
