Introduction of BPS-100CH Climate Chamber

Yiheng BPS-100CH Climate Chamber (programmable touch screen) has an input power of 1650W, a humidity control range of 80~95%RH, and a temperature control range of RT+10~85°C. The BPS-100CH constant temperature and Humidity Chamber has no cooling function. The Test Chamber adopts a super large touch-screen screen, which is easy to operate, and the operation interface has two languages, Chinese and English.

1. Humanized design

● New fluorine-free design.

● Multi-stage programmable PID controller, adopting TMHM balanced temperature and humidity regulation method, accurate temperature and humidity control with little fluctuation.

●Imported 304 mirror stainless steel liner is used, the four corners are semi-circular transition, and the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, which is convenient for cleaning inside the box.

2. Quality Assurance

● The parameters set by the user can be automatically stored in case of a sudden power failure, and the original setting program will be run after the power is turned on.

●International brand compressor and circulation fan, environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a) with high efficiency and low energy consumption, promoting energy saving.

● The unique air duct circulation system ensures the uniform humidity of the working room temperature, and the test hole with a diameter of Φ25mm is convenient for operation and testing.

3. Safety function

● Independent temperature limit alarm system, the operation will be automatically interrupted if the temperature exceeds the limit, and the sound and light alarm will prompt the operator to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.

● High temperature, low temperature and over-temperature alarm, compressor overheating, overcurrent, overload protection, fan overheat protection, water shortage protection, etc.

4. Convenient data processing (optional)

● It can be connected to a printer or 485 communication interface, displayed on a computer, and prints temperature, humidity and time curves, providing a strong guarantee for data storage and playback during the test process.

5. Programmable touch screen controller

● It adopts super-large touch-screen screen, which is easy to operate on the screen and easy to edit programs.

● The operation interface of the controller can be set in Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve can be displayed on the screen.

● It has the capacity of 100 groups of programs, 1000 segments and 999 cycle steps, and the maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes.

● After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid shutdown due to human touch.

● With PID automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct the changing conditions of temperature and humidity, making the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.

● With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can design programs on the computer, monitor the test process and perform functions such as switching on and off. (optional)
