Introduction

Structural function

Installation method:

1. Install the two grippers on the fixed frame respectively, and the clamping rod is facing upwards.

2. Fix the stainless steel barrel in the gripper, and the cylinder cover hole coincides with the motor shaft.

Operating Principle:

1. Plug in the power supply, and the meter will display normally.

2. JFS-750DisperserTurn the potentiometer knob all the way to the left.

3. Press the "RUN" button on the panel and the motor is ready to run.

4. Adjust the potentiometer knob to the desired speed. (You can also press the "▲" or "▼" key until you want the speed.) ）

5. Press the "STOP" button to stop the motor.

Use with dimensionsprotect

1) When using, fix the selected sanding blisk or dispersion impeller with the rotating shaft.

2) Tighten the locking bolts of the rotary motor, adjust the high-low positions of the shaft and the container, clamp the motor base and the container, put in the material and cover the container cover.

3) Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, wait for the controller initialization to end, the four-digit digital tube will display 0.0, and then adjust the speed to the required speed.

4) When the speed is greater than 4000r/min, it is not advisable to drive an empty car.
