GB 9280-2008 《Paints and varnishes stackability test》 Related products

The GB 9280-2008 standard specifies a test method for the damage resistance performance of Paints, varnishes and related products under pressure conditions. The standard simulates the conditions under which painted objects are stacked on top of each other and evaluates their damage resistance performance between two painted surfaces after a specified drying time or when the painted surface comes into contact with a Miscellaneous surface. The test instrument consists of a base and a freely sliding column, which applies pressure by loading a specified mass of loads. The specimens are sampled by GB/T 3186 and inspected and prepared according to GB/T 20777, treated and painted according to GB/T 9271, and dried under standard conditions. The test was carried out at a temperature of 23 +/- 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50 +/- 5%, and the stackable performance was evaluated by observing the coating damage on the contact surface.
