GB/T 13062-2018 "Semiconductor Devices, Integrated Circuits, Part 21-1: Blank Detail Specification for Membrane Integrated Circuits and Hybrid Membrane Integrated Circuits (Using Appraisal Approval Procedures) " stipulates the blank detail specification for membrane integrated circuits and hybrid membrane integrated circuits. The standard is applicable to the production and inspection of related products, and clarifies the technical requirements, mass assessment procedures and appraisal approval process. The standard is centralized by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Semiconductor Devices. It was released on December 28, 2018 and officially implemented on July 1, 2019.
