GB/T 8753.4-2005 provides a method for evaluating the sealing mass of anodic oxide coatings of aluminum and aluminum alloys by the anti-dyeing adsorption ability after acid treatment. This method is suitable for the production control inspection of anodic oxide coatings used in atmospheric exposure or corrosion environment, and belongs to nondestructive detection technology. The standard specifies the specific steps of acid treatment and dyeing, and judges the anti-pollution ability of oxide films by observing the dyeing speckle. Although this method can be graded, the quantitative data is not accurate enough and is not suitable for arbitration tests. The standard is proposed by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee is centralized, and the Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and other units draft.
