GB/T 8753.1-2005 specifies a method for assessing the sealing mass of aluminium and aluminium alloy anodic oxide coatings by mass loss after etching in phosphorochromic acid solution without nitric acid prepreg. This standard applies to decorative and protective anodic oxide coatings, including hot and cold sealing membranes, but not to hard anodic oxide coatings, dichromate sealing membranes, chromic acid solution generation membranes and hydrophobic treatment membranes. The method is based on the dissolving characteristics of the oxide film in a specific solution, and the sealing effect is evaluated by measuring mass loss. Destructiveness test. The standard is proposed by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and drafted by the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee and the Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute.
