GB/T 18847-2002 stipulates the classification, model naming, product grade, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and Encasement, marking, storage and transportation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film laminating metal sheets and strips (referred to as VCM products). The standard applies to the production and testing of VCM products, and specifies the specifications and dimensions of the products, film laminating mass, physical performance (such as bending performance, corrosion resistance) and Appearance mass. By standardizing these requirements, it provides a unified technical basis for the quality control, production inspection and user use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film laminating metal sheets.
