The TCVN 2096-1-2015 standard specifies the determination of film thickness of Paints, varnishes and related materials in the through dry state. The standard describes in detail how to determine the through dry state and tackle-free time of coatings, which are suitable for single-layer or multi-layer coatings. The drying performance of coatings is evaluated by drying time test under standard conditions.
