The EN ISO 16862-2006 standard provides a method for assessing the sagging resistance of Paints and varnishes. The standard describes how Coatings can be tested for their sagging resistance when they are applied to a substrate and remain vertical. Testing can be done on a test plate placed vertically after being placed horizontally or applied to a vertical substrate using a spray gun.
