The ASTM D5994-2010 standard specifies a test method for the measurement of rough geomembrane core Film thickness. This method involves the use of a thickness gauge with a specific geometry and application of a specific force (0.56 +/- 0.05N) to reduce measurement variation and ensure the accuracy of Film thickness values. Applicable to all rough geomembrane deployed as a manufacturing geomembrane.
