"JJG 594-1989 Pocket Rubber International hardness gauge verification code" is a national Measurement verification code, applicable to the verification of new manufacturing, use and repair of pocket rubber international hardness gauge. The code specifies the technical requirements, verification items, conditions and methods of hardness gauge to ensure the accuracy of hardness gauge measurement of rubber international hardness unit (IRHD). The hardness gauge uses a spherical indenter, which is suitable for on-site rapid nondestructive inspection of rubber parts hardness, and can obtain better measurement results for special samples.
