This standard specifies an inspection method for the mould resistance performance of coatings. The mould resistance of coatings is assessed by using different mould species under specific Humidity and temperature conditions. Tests require specimen preparation consistent with the actual production process and the same substrate and pretreatment as the product under test. Test results can be used to evaluate the antimicrobial performance of coatings in humid environments.
