This paper describes the principles, analytical procedures, calculation and recording of results for the determination of trace ammonium salts in seawater by flow analysis-phthalaldehyde solid phase extraction fluorescence spectrometry. It is suitable for the determination of nano-MOLECULAR trace ammonium salts in seawater.
