This standard describes methods for determining the dispersion performance and Color performance of pigments in plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixtures. It applies to organic and inorganic black and colored pigments and pigment preparations. By measuring the Carr Dispersibility of pigments in plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the dispersion effect of pigments under specific conditions can be assessed. The standard also provides methods for preparing reference color chips, as well as recommended ratios for routine quality control.
