This standard specifies in detail the requirements of cardboard for carrier tape packaging, including test methods, inspection rules, package marking, packaging, transportation and storage. It is suitable for processing, carrying sheet electronic components of thin carrier tape board. The standard lists a series of normative reference documents, including paper and Cardboard measurement methods and Encasement and marking related standards. The technical specifications of cardboard for carrier tape packaging should comply with the requirements in Table 1 or the contract.
