The standard specifies general provisions for inspection using specimens of a specific specification and a range of equipment. Specimens are 50x120x0.2 to 1.2mm in size and require the use of equipment such as test oil, gasoline, Glass tanks filled with oil, thermostatic drying oven with blast, enamel discs and gauze. Specimens for inspection must be prepared by the same process at the same time as the product under inspection, and the substrate material and pretreatment should also be consistent. At least seven specimens are prepared for each test, one of which is used for comparison. The inspection method includes the oil immersion method, in which the sample is immersed in the test oil at a specified temperature for a certain period of time, and then removed and cleaned with gasoline. Appearance inspection after cleaning, qualified samples in accordance with the coating adhesion inspection method for adhesion inspection.
