The standard specifies the general provisions for inspection using explosion-proof thermostatic blast boxes and high temperature heaters. The preparation of the sample requires the use of a sample or scaled analog for inspection, which must be prepared by the same process as the product at the same time, and the substrate material and pretreatment should be consistent. There should be at least four samples or scaled analog parts for inspection, one of which should be used for comparison. The inspection method includes a comprehensive inspection of the surface condition of the sample and recording the details. Then the sample or analog parts are placed in a thermostatic blast box or high temperature heater according to the conditions specified in the design document. After the specified time is reached, they are taken out and chilled down to room temperature for observation. Compare with the samples that have not been tested at high temperature.
