GB/T 1979-1979 "Coating Ash Determination"

This standard applies to the determination of the percentage of ash contained in Coatings. The ash content in Coatings is calculated by using porcelain crucible, Maffei furnace and other equipment, and the sample is roasted to a constant weight at high temperature. This method can accurately assess the non-volatile residues in Coatings and is an important means for Coating formulation analysis and quality control.
