This standard specifies the grade, technical requirements, test methods, mass assessment procedure, Encasement, marking, transportation, storage and mass certificate of refractory spraying Coatings for blast furnace infrastructure. It is applicable to refractory spraying Coatings for blast furnace infrastructure constructed by mechanical spraying method. A series of normative reference documents are cited, including amorphous refractory materials, chemical analysis methods, etc. According to the content of aluminum oxide, it is divided into five grades. The numbers represent the mass percentage of aluminum oxide. A and B are used to distinguish the different iron oxidation content of products with the same aluminum oxidation content. Technical requirements include physical and chemical indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
