This standard specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, mass assessment procedures, Encasement, marking, transportation, storage and mass certificate of refractory spray Coatings for hot blast stove infrastructure. It is applicable to refractory spray Coatings for hot blast stove infrastructure constructed by mechanical injection method. A series of normative reference documents are cited, including amorphous refractory materials, chemical analysis methods, etc. According to performance, it is divided into lightweight spray Coatings and acid spray Coatings. Among them, there are two grades of lightweight spray Coatings, and the grade of acid spray Coatings is NSP. Technical requirements include physical and chemical indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
