The standard covers the determination of core indicators such as Appearance, Viscosity, Solid Component, Penetration, Paint Film Thickness, Adhesion, Corrosion Resistance of electrophoretic coatings. The detection requires the use of rotational viscometer, Electronic Balance, thermostatic oven, Electrophoresis test tank, Paint Film Adhesion Tester, Salt Spray Tester and film thickness gauge to provide a unified technical basis for the production, inspection and application of electrophoretic coatings.
