YS/T 542-2006 "Determination of tensile strength of thermal spray layer" standard is applicable to the determination of tensile strength of thermal spray layer. The specimen is applied to the specified tensile conditions by the testing machine, the maximum load when the specimen is broken is recorded, and the tensile strength is calculated. This standard requires the testing machine to be able to meet the static loading conditions. It is recommended to use a testing machine with a capacity of 50~ 100kN with an accuracy of 1% soil. In addition, it is recommended to use a universal joint connecting device as the connecting device to ensure uniform and continuous loading during the test.
