This standard specifies a method for testing the bonding strength of electrodes in piezoelectric ceramic materials, including the calculation of test principles, conditions, materials, equipment, specimens, steps and results. Applicable to the measurement of the bonding strength of electrodes to porcelain bodies in hydroacoustic practical piezoelectric ceramic elements. Terms and definitions include the welding tensile method (a method of welding metal leads to the electrode faces of a specimen and applying tensile force to the leads with a Tensile machine), the gluing tensile method (a method of applying tensile force to the joints by gluing two metal joints respectively to the two electrode faces of the specimen) and solder (an alloy used in circuit welding).
