This document specifies the method for the determination of fluoride content in groundwater by Ion selective electrode method, which is suitable for the determination of fluoride content in water samples such as groundwater resource investigation, evaluation, monitoring and utilization. The method has a quantitative limit of 0.10 mg/L and a measurement range of 0.10 mg/L to 3.00 mg/L. The content above this range can be determined after dilution. In the experiment, analytically pure reagents that meet national standards are used, including pure water, muriatic acid solution, ionic strength buffer solution and fluoride standard reserve solution.
