This standard specifies the structure, requirements, tests, inspection rules, marks and Encasement of the slicer for cutting cylindrical rubber samples. It is applicable to the plastic test slicer for cutting cylindrical rubber with a diameter of 16 mm and a height of 10 mm. The slicer is mainly composed of a feeding mechanism, a cutting platform, a spindle, a ring knife, a rotary knife or a special fixture, a discharge mechanism, a braking mechanism, a stroke limit mechanism, a transverse drag plate, a cutting fluid supply device and a motor.
