This part specifies the determination method for the content of aluminum, calcium, mg, manganese, sodium, nickel, iron, titanium, zinc, molybdenum, vanadium and zirconium in hafnium oxidation, which is applicable to the determination of these elements in hafnium oxidation. The determination range is shown in Table 1. The method summary includes the analysis of the sample and the measurement of the mass concentration of each element using the Inductance Coupled Plasma Emission Light Spectrometer. Reagents include nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various standard storage solutions, such as sodium, aluminum, calcium, iron, nickel, zinc, mg standard storage solutions, etc.
