HG/T 3331-2012 "Method for the Determination of Volume Resistance Coefficient and Surface Resistance Coefficient of Insulating Paint Films" specifies the method for measuring the volume resistance coefficient and surface resistance coefficient of insulating paint films. This standard applies to the determination of the resistance characteristics of insulating paint films. The volume resistance coefficient Pr and surface resistance coefficient Ps of the paint film are calculated by applying a DC voltage and measuring the volume resistance Rv and surface resistance Rs of the paint film using a high resistance meter. The standard refers to a number of specifications such as sampling methods, laboratory water specifications and test methods to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of the test.
