QB/T 4449-2013 《Determination of peel strength of rigid overlaid materials in furniture surface》 Related products

This standard specifies the method for measuring the peel strength between the hard cladding material and the substrate on the surface of furniture by a mechanical testing machine. It is applicable to the surface peel strength test of furniture and Miscellaneous wood products. The terms and definitions include the definition of stiffness, hard cladding material and peel strength. Peel strength refers to the maximum load required to disbond the cladding surface per unit width or length. The principle of the test is to use a mechanical testing machine to apply vertical downward pressure in the center of the test piece, so that the hard cladding material produces an uneven distribution of loads. Observe and record the failure of the bonding surface of the test piece and the maximum failure load. The test equipment includes a mechanical testing machine and a fixture, in which the mechanical testing machine shall be equipped with an automatic recording device for load graphics. The fixture is used to place the test piece and ensure that the supporting blades are on the same level and parallel to each other.
