The standard specifies the test range, method principle, required instrumentation, specimen requirements and test steps for determining the anti-rust performance of steel bars in autoclaved aerated concrete panels. The test method accelerates the corrosion of steel bars by alternating heat and humidity environment, and determines the corrosion area on the surface of the steel bar to evaluate whether the anti-rust performance of steel bar coatings is qualified. The test includes the use of alternating Damp heat testing chamber, hammer and single-sided blade equipment, and the preparation of 40mmX 40mX 160mm size specimens, which are tested by temperature cycle change test.
