This standard specifies the general mass requirements and test methods for the hot-dip galvanized layer of insulator Accessories. It is applicable to the hot-dip galvanized layer of insulator metal Accessories made of steel and cast iron materials, including the zinc layer before and after assembly. The relevant standards are quoted. The zinc ingots shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 470, and the zinc content in the operating area shall not be less than 98.5%. Appearance mass requirements include continuous, uniform and smooth zinc layer, firmly attached to the Accessories, and the zinc layer bonding strength test. For different types of Accessories, the Appearance mass is specified by the corresponding Accessories standard. Defects such as zinc pile, zinc slag, dissolution and burr should not affect assembly and installation connections, and the height should not exceed 1mm.
