This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods and inspection rules for painting of Engineering machinery products and their parts. Protective and decorative painting applicable to the surface of Engineering machinery products. The reference documents include painting technical terms and painting varieties. The recommended varieties of coatings such as undercoat, putty, intermediate paint and finish coat are shown in Table 1.
