GB/T 43821-2024 "Determination of Lead Release from Spinning & Weaving Products" describes a method for the determination of lead release from Spinning & weaving products and their Accessories (such as buttons, zippers, etc.) after treatment with artificial saliva using instruments such as ICP-OES, GFAAS or ICP-MS. This standard applies to the detection of Spinning & weaving products and their Accessories. The lead concentration in saliva is determined by placing the sample in artificial saliva and then using the corresponding instrument. The lead release in unit time is calculated in combination with the sample area, expressed in micrograms per square centimeter per hour (μg/(cm2 ● h)).
