JJF 2094-2024 "Specification for the calibrating of planetary cement mortar Stirrer" applies to the calibrating work of planetary cement mortar Stirrer. This specification refers to GB/T 17671 on the strength inspection method of cement mortar and JC/T681 on the standard of planetary cement mortar Stirrer. Stirrer is a device specially designed according to the ratio requirements of GB/T 17671 for mixing cement, standard sand and water to form a uniform mortar. Its main components include stirring pot, stirring blades, transmission mechanism and Control system. The schematic structure is shown in Figure 1. The purpose of this specification is to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of Stirrer in production and laboratory environments to meet the requirements of cement mortar proportioning and strength testing, and to ensure the accuracy and comparability of test results.
