JJG 2076-2024 "Inductance Measurement Appliances" applies to the transfer of values for Inductance Measurement Appliances with an Inductance range of 1 μH to 10 kH and a Frequency range of 20 Hz to 10 MHz. The standard specifies the basic Measurement parameters of the Inductance reference and describes in detail the transfer of values from the reference to the working Measurement Appliance, including transfer relationships, methods and measurement capabilities.
