JJG 2076-2024 "Inductance Measurement Appliances" applies to the transfer of values for Inductance Measurement Appliances with an Inductance range of 1 μH to 10 kH and a Frequency range of 20 Hz to 10 MHz. The standard specifies the basic Measurement parameters of the Inductance reference and describes in detail the transfer of values from the reference to the working Measurement Appliance, including transfer relationships, methods and measurement capabilities. The Inductance reference system consists of an Inductance reference bridge, a standard capacitor, a standard AC resistor, and a transition standard Inductance device (group), which is used to reproduce the magnitude of the Inductance unit Henry, with a relative uncertainty of 4 × 10 ^ -6 at a Frequency of 1 kHz. The annual Stability index of the transition standard Inductance device group is +/- 3 × 10 ^ -5, and the magnitude traceability and transmission to the lower metrology standard are realized through the principle of Maxwell Venn bridge.
