JJF 2025-2023 "Specification for High Dynamic Precision Centrifuge Calibrate" specifies the items and methods for calibrating high dynamic precision Centrifuges used in inertial products. This specification refers to the precision Centrifuge and Inertial Technology Measurement Terminology Standards, and defines the terms Steady State Acceleration error of indication, Variable Acceleration error of indication, and Acceleration Maximum Lift Rate. The Centrifuge consists of swirl/spin body, speed stabilization system, Acceleration meter positioning system, data collection and processing system, etc. It generates radial Acceleration at the working radius by driving the working platform swirl/spin through the motor. Acceleration adjustment can be achieved by high dynamic precision Centrifuge, which is used to verify and calibrate Acceleration meter performance such as Linearity, high order coefficient and hysteresis error. The calibration process focuses on steady state and variable Acceleration error of indication and maximum lifting rate to ensure Accuracy and Reliability of Centrifuge.
