JJF 1836-2020 《Calibration Specification for Micro-Spectrophotometer s》 Related products

Standard JJF 1836-2020 specifies the specification for calibrating microspectrophotometers. This standard applies to the calibrating work of microspectrophotometers, and can also refer to the calibrating of spectrophotometers of the Miscellaneous type. Reference documents include JJG 178-2007 and GB/T 26810-2011 and other related documents to ensure that the calibrating process meets the latest technical requirements. Microspectrophotometers are usually composed of Light source, monochromator, Absorption cell, cuvette, Detector and signal indication system. They are small in size and low in sample consumption (2 μL). They are mainly used for nucleic acid, protein qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the determination of bacterial liquid concentration. The working principle is based on the selective absorption of matter to different wavelengths of light and Lambert-Beer's law, which provides accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis results by automatically testing the sample Absorbance value.
