ASTM D3885-07A (2019) e1 is a standard test method for testing the abrasion resistance of Spinning & weaving fabrics, also known as the flexure abrasion method. This method evaluates the abrasion resistance of fabrics by flexing and abrasion fabrics under specific conditions. The standard specifies the test conditions, the requirements for abrasive bodies or abrasive wheels, and the steps of the test process. At the same time, it also provides methods for calculating and reporting results.
