"GB/T 45013-2024 Thermal fatigue test method for fine ceramic substrates" stipulates the test method for thermal fatigue performance of fine ceramic substrates, which is suitable for electronics, aerospace and other fields. The standard uses a combination of thermal cycling and four-point bending strength testing to evaluate the durability of ceramic substrates under temperature changes. The standard is modified to adopt the international standard ISO 17841:2015, which provides a unified test specification for domestic related fields, improves the evaluation system of fine ceramic substrates, and provides an important basis for product mass improvement and industrial development. It will be officially implemented on June 1, 2025.
