ISO 14322 specifies a method for determining the degree of crosslinking of cross-linked epoxy resins by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The standard calculates the degree of crosslinking by measuring the reaction heat released by the epoxy resin during the curing process, and is suitable for epoxy resin systems with moderate or slow crosslinking reaction rates. The DSC method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and simple operation, which can provide a scientific basis for the production quality control, performance evaluation and research and development of epoxy resins. It is widely used in chemical, electronics, aerospace and other fields.
