GB/T 17821-2025 "Determination of latex density from 5 ° C to 40 ° C" is an important test method standard in the field of rubber industry in our country. This standard replaces the GB/T 17821-2008 version and specifies a unified method for measuring the density of various latex in the Temperature range from 5 ° C to 40 ° C. The standard particularly emphasizes key technical requirements such as sample standing treatment (at least 24 hours to remove bubbles) and temperature conformity control. It is suitable for a variety of materials such as natural latex, synthetic latex and pre-vulcanized latex. The new standard will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025 and will be managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber.
