GB/T 45519-2025 "Spinning & weaving products, fiber quantitative analysis Microscope intelligent identification method" is a fiber detection standard introduced by artificial intelligence technology in the Spinning & weaving industry in our country, which will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025. The standard uses computer vision and machine learning algorithms to automatically identify the morphological characteristics of natural fibers and synthetic fibers such as cotton, hemp, and wool through microscopic images, and realizes quantitative and intelligent analysis of fiber components. The standard is especially suitable for the accurate identification of special animal fibers such as cashmere, which solves the problem of insufficient traditional artificial detection stability. By standardizing the whole process requirements such as Sample Handling, image acquisition, and algorithm verification, a new digitalization detection method is provided for the Spinning & Weaving industry.
