GB 45673-2025 "General Specification for Safety Production Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals Enterprises" is a mandatory national standard formulated by the Ministry of Emergency Management and will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025. The standard integrates 7 original industry standards, integrates the concept of chemical process safety management, and puts forward systematic management requirements from 14 aspects such as safety leadership, safety production responsibility system, and equipment integrity in response to the problems exposed by accidents in recent years. The standard highlights the prevention and control of major safety risks, emphasizes the application of new technologies and digitalization of intelligent management and control, and promotes enterprises to shift from passive rectification to active prevention and control. As a supporting standard of the "Safety Production Law", its implementation will provide unified norms for the standardization construction of enterprise safety production, improve the level of intrinsic safety, and prevent major accidents.
